As I looked for other users of the hosting I did not find any significant complaints of down time or other issues like that. You’ll also get a 30 day money back guarantee so if something does happen, you can switch quickly. Their list of added security features will also help to improve the overall uptime of your site.
You’ll have access to a wide range of different hosting features when you work with this company. Their entry level hosting is unlimited for disk space, bandwidth and email accounts, which is nice. Of course, when you move up to the higher level options you’ll also enjoy the generous features, but along with more powerful hardware. They have a variety of servers available to choose from.

They have really done a good job at providing you with all the main features that you could want for your hosting experience.
One odd thing is that whether you click on their link for shared hosting, VPS or dedicated servers it brings you to the same page. This makes it difficult to identify exactly what you’re getting into until you begin the actual order process. I don’t like the way this is set up and it makes it too confusing.
The tech support from this company is quite good and reliable. They are easy to get in touch with via their ticketing system and phone, but the ticketing system is the ideal choice. They are able to help you with most issues quickly and easily. I did not see any type of blog or knowledge base to provide self-help or ‘training’ for your web hosting though, which is disappointing.
The pricing with this company is fairly standard. They have several options you can choose from, but they are all competitively priced. It’s not the cheapest hosting I’ve ever seen but it does seem quite fair for what you’re getting. This is just for the web hosting. I can’t say whether the pricing on their other services is reasonable or not because I have not compared the competition on those.
Overall the hosting from this company is quite good. They have been around long enough to know what they are doing and they seem to offer a good product. The fact that they also offer web design, email management and graphic design makes them even more attractive to many people.
