Betahost reply promptly and try to solve customer problems. However, they have just removed cloudflare and autossl services from WHM, which makes their services inadequate.

The server where your site is hosted on do have cloudflare installed, regarding the ssl cert. Only the server where your site hosted on was disabled because that server use a dedicated ip address for premium website like yours.
