I am using betahost247 from last 4 months i have 3 different plan on there, but i realize that this is not a good provider, they are offering better features but their service is not good , Last month they are lost my data on Master Reseller plan where my clients websites were also lost. So i am very disapoint on this situation and also they are increasing money time by time. and i also ask them to provide me backup but they are not doing this they are asking me to renew your plan and take backup your self, Now I only ask you don't use this shit provider for your valueable websites Thanks
We apologies for hick-up, in the history of the company this is the first time we had this issue of loosing files and db due to disk failure. Let me remind you that our terms of services in Section 17.1 state that, you are responsible for your files and database hosted on your account, beta host will not hold responsible for any lost of file and DB. In this case we expect you to keep backup of your files in your local system since the server you are using is been shared among thousands of customers.
Note: Only one of the server where your is hosted has this issue of disk drive and which don't have backup config. The rest of the server has auto backup in-case of server crash like this.

Incredible Support and Prompt Solution to Problems
I registered with them and opened an invoice for a bi-annual subscription, along the line, I decided against bi-annual (don't ask me why LOL) and decided to go for annual instead. I opened a ticket and because of the urgency of the work, I also tried to chat up their live chat. Both came through within a minute and before I could say "YASSU", the modification had already been done (as affirmed by the customer care). Just incredible!
