They would rather create a ticket for every single issue rather than have a conpmete resolution fornthe customer which in turn drags out the issue for days at a time. Very sad. Very sad indeed. Im going to give Afrihost another week. If my line is still not active and my IP mapped correctly im moving to another ISP. Welcome to trashy South African customer service.Less

I am a recent client of Afrihost and joined them to hopefully get a better service than from TELKOM direct. What a joke. I signed up for an 8Mbps service and am lucky if I get 1mbps. Logged a call with them on 19th August. Its now...Read More 28th and still unresolved. All I get back are messages saying its being logged with TELKOM without an ETA. Phone up to escalate and hold forebver and then get cut-off. Very soon now I will be an ex-customer as I may as well deal directly with TELKOM.Less

Do not use Afrihost. they sell you a WIFI LTE contract and dont deliver. Constantly down and you cannot see how much Data you have used. Their service is the worst I have seen. The support staff is totally useless and clueless.

Guess what, same f*** s**t starting to happen,

I cant believe they still don't have the free ssl on their hosting packages, That's the reason i left them, im at the right place now with www.bluesbu.com im getting 10x of what they're offering for the silver home package

Afrihost worst service ever

I have logged a problem with my fibre connection with Afrihost. After 2 months and 40 emails I have not received any clarity on the problem or anyone attemting to assist me. Just useless staff directing me back to the same person that don't know.
