So far so good, it it my first time with this hosting company, we'll see how it goes, I cannot say much on the first day of my signup, so time will tell if the experience is good or bad, but I hope for the best.
I host with Absolute Hosting and I feel sorry for them for having to deal with me. I have strange ideas about certain things and yet, despite my requests for assistance in all sorts of things, they just keep coming through.
I've said this on another forum: in the end, hosting is hosting; hardware is hardware; software is software. It's the support and knowledge that make the difference. These guys are the biz. I can heartily recommend them.
And FYI, they offer the DirectAdmin control panel, which, in my opinion, doesn't stand back to cPanel in any way, shape or form. I think they might still offer cPanel too, but I moved to save costs. Was super glad I did.

I recently purchaced their very basic WordPress hosting package and I have been very surprised. I am no web developer and there is a bit of a learning curve when accessing the dashboard for the first time and figuring out how to add additional domains without purchasing additional hosting but the support team has been there for me since the very beginning and they are VERY responsive. I also transferred a previous domain from a previous hosting and thought I lost it because I did something wrong and the team was there for me, helping me and suggesting ways to fix my error until it was fixed so yes, very happy so far.
I have been dealing with Absolute Hosting for 3 days now and if we continue on this path we will become best friends! Absolutely impressed with their client interfaces and response times to tickets /issues /requests!
