HostPapa has been on the market since 2006. Since then, they have provided a complete array of enterprise-grade solutions, primarily focused on small businesses, as a one-stop solution. But, most of all, HostPapa focuses on delivering otherwise unavailable services to smaller enterprises, combined with an award-winning customer support team, for a superior customer experience.

Loose Footing Computing Limited (LFC Hosting) dates a few years back, to 1996. Still, they have entered the web hosting market two years later, in Regina, Saskatchewan, in 1998. Over the years, LFC Hosting has provided its customers Do-It-For-Me and Do-It-Yourself websites, domains, shared hosting, VPS hosting, and colocation.
LFC Hosting has established data centers in Denver and Montreal and served thousands of worldwide customers to develop their online presence.
Jamie Opalchuk, who serves the role as a Founder and CEO at HostPapa, had this to say:
We’re happy to welcome LFC customers to the HostPapa family and want to assure them that we’ll go the extra mile to guarantee their satisfaction with our services. I would also like to congratulate Robert and Andrew for building a fantastic company with loyal customers.
With this acquisition, LFC Hosting expects to expand and improve its offers further due to HostPapa’s capital investment plan in infrastructure.
Robert Sauchyn, who serves the role as CEO of LFC Hosting, had this to say:
LFC has always been committed to providing an extraordinary service to our customers. We are pleased to have found the right partner to entrust with elevating that service to the next level by leveraging HostPapa’s exceptional capabilities and scale.
Andrew MacCorquodale, who serves the role as a Director at LFC Hosting, added:
This year marks our 25th year of business and, over those years, our staff have been the backbone of our reputation for a high-quality hosting product and customer service. We are pleased that many of our team members have transitioned to HostPapa as part of this transaction, providing continuity to our customers who, in many cases, have remained loyal to LFC over our entire history.
Existing LFC Hosting customers’ websites will continue to operate only with enhanced performance and reliability. They get to keep their content. It will be accessible through the client area at LFC Hosting, with no disruptions.
